Yamanda is an expert corporate lawyer who has developed her career in the handling of issues related to foreign direct investments, and equity investments. 

Yamanda joined the Fares Group team after having spent several years at international law firms where she specialized in the law of contracts, public contracts, and business law.

She holds a Law degree (2003); the « Certificate d’Aptitude pour la Profession d’Avocat (C.A.P.A) »: a certification of aptitude for the profession of lawyer (2004).

Yamanda fluently speaks Arabic, French, and English.
