Rédha is an experienced corporate lawyer who has developed his career in large public and private-public works companies, providing legal oversight of more than 40 major infrastructure projects, handling public procurement and contract analysis, managing pre-litigation and litigation phases, and defending the company’s interests before administrative bodies and courts.
He also has extensive expertise in Labor law, advising and designing the necessary legal solutions in this area for managers and directors.
In terms of publications, Rédha has produced legal analysis and operational charters on various topics such as the new drafting of Decree 247/15 on public procurement and public service delegation; technical legal problems related to a claim in public procurement; the preventive role of a corporate lawyer.
Rédha holds a Law degree (2003); the « Certificate d’Aptitude pour la Profession d’Avocat (C.A.P.A) »: a certification of aptitude for the profession of lawyer (2006).
Rédha fluently speaks Arabic and French.
